You will be responsible for market penetration in the US – both through direct sales and distributors. This growing company manufactures high-end products for rubber to metal bonding applications. It targets niche markets where performance is critical. The automotive industry is the main focus for their marketing strategy.

The Sales Manger US will initially operate out of a home office with car, laptop, and other accessories provided. Travel is estimated at 50 to 60% (2 or 3 nights per week) with the majority of customers located in Detroit and Ohio. 

The ideal candidate would have previous experience with a competitor such as Lord, Rohm & Haas, or Dalton Dynamics.  They would have a technical background - such as someone who spent five years as a chemist before moving into sales.
