Our Client, A Northwest Indiana Manufacturing Company is seeking a Forensic Auditor with 3 plus years of experience. The role is highly investigative, analytical, researching and reviewing files in depth. It requires performing independently forensic audits in a global multicultural environment. You will also be producing detailed investigation reports to back up your finding so writing skills are important. You will deal with senior management and other contacts; dealing with technical queries and liaison with other departments, corporate etc so communication skills are important. You must possess good interviewing skills, as forensic assignments will involve interviewing people at different levels of organization. Develop work schedules for forensic audits and participate in audits. Good integrity and personality; Able to interact with senior managers in an international environment Excellent work ethics and pro-active approach; High motivation, self-starter and ability to work in multicultural teams Analytical and structured mindset, able to understand a complex environment, gather relevant information and draw valuable conclusions; Able to connect operative/ strategic levels of thinking High quality standards in delivery and willingness to continually improve process and performance Excellent planning and organizational abilities Team orientated, yet able and willing to work well independent; Demonstrated ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and a hands on approach High flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Minimum/Basic Requirements: At least 3 years forensic audit experience CPA/CIA or equivalent education and CFE; Prior experience with an external audit firm (e.g. big 4) or at a large multinational organisation will be of added advantage Fluency in English (Written and Oral). Multilingual would be of an added advantage.
