We are currently seeking a Lead Construction Auditor to support our local Wisconsin Construction audit practice.

This key professional builds client loyalty by delivering extraordinary service to our construction clients through engagements such contract reviews, ongoing construction audits and construction close-out audits.  Candidates must have a strong focus on client service and be able to effectively communicate with the client at various levels of management. 

The successful candidate should have experience in:
• Construction industry accounting and billing practices
• Intimate knowledge of  job cost and payroll: entries, transactions, reporting
• Experience with administration/compliance with contract terms of various types of construction contracts   
• Performing audits, either operational, construction, and or financial audits
• Evaluating opportunities for improvement and providing value added recommendations
• Preparing and presenting findings, recommendations and audit reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or business related curriculum.
• Prior Construction Industry experience is required.
• 10+ years related experience
• Excellent consulting and communication skills.
• Professional designations such as CIA, CPA, CCIFP
• Strong report writing skills.
