Our client, a for-profit healthcare facility, has an immediate need for an Interim hospital CFO to direct the day to day operations of the hospital's accounting department. General responsibilities include: overseeing the financial analysis, month-end close procedures, various account reconciliations, budgeting, general ledger accounting and payroll, and to identify opportunities to enhance financial performance for the hospital. Qualified candidates must have for-profit, acute care hospital experience. Experience in Triad or HCA facilities a plus. The successful candidate should possess the following: **A bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; CPA preferred **A minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles **Proven ability to lead & motivate others **Exceptional oral and written communication skills **Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
