As a Zeta Interactive Designer you will be involved in all levels of the project cycle from proposals to delivery, providing strong conceptual design solutions that meet client needs and business goals while maintaining the user centric perspective. Our Interactive Designer will work with creative director/design director, project managers and development team.

Required Skills:

·         Strong conceptual design skills and problem solving skills as it relates to both online and offline communication solutions (branding, messaging, marketing, design, typographic, photographic, animation, video, sound and programming)

·         Ability to work in teams in a fast-paced client service environment

·         Capable of translating proposals and project plans into working designs that meet project goals

·         Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients while building enduring client relationships

·         Capable of analyzing and documenting customer's needs and job requirements and preparing recommendations, and functional specifications

·         Must interface with designers, programmers, writers, clients, vendors and other developers to assure the completion of jobs to meet project specifications

·         Work with Project Manager, Creative Director, Design Director, Technologist, HTML Programmers, Architects and other team members on an ongoing basis to insure open communications throughout the development process

·         Interface with clients to present creative approach and explain how the desired objectives of the project have been met

·         Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be deadline oriented

·         Be able to articulate your thoughts, vision or approach to your fellow associates, team members and clients.

Qualifications:

·         2-5 years experience

·         BA in design or advertising preferred

·         Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, QuarkXpress and a strong comprehension of HTML.

·         Knowledge of time-based Flash programming is a plus

The ability to consistently deliver projects that meet project/client goals, deadlines & budget without compromising quality design/conceptual execution, are all key performance metrics for this role. The ideal candidate must be a team player with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
