Summary

 

Intellectual Property/Patent Attorney: JumpTap, the market leader in the exploding field of mobile search and advertising, seeks a patent attorney with a minimum of 4 years experience to lead our broad-based IP practice, including strategy and prosecution. 

 

(Part Time or Flex Schedule Available)

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

·         Work closely with our outside IP counsel on the drafting and filing of our claims, and on prosecuting our large portfolio of applications. 

 

Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:

Solid and proven general experience advising on Intellectual Property business and transactional law3-5 years of patent experienceMember of MA Bar AssociationAbility to think, plan and execute quickly and resourcefullyPrior knowledge of online advertising and or search a plus.  Candidates seeking a part-time or flex-time position invited.
