INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) ATTORNEY
The ideal candidate will have experience and ability to:
Counsel business unit managers with respect to IP matters and strategyRender opinions on patentability, freedom to operate (patent clearances), and intellectual property enforcement and infringement mattersNegotiate and draft intellectual property agreementsManage litigationManage the docket and workflow for US and foreign patent portfolioConduct computer based intellectual property investigations and researchManage outside counsel
The ideal candidate for this position will be a graduate of an accredited law school, registered to practice before the USPTO, and admitted to at least one State Bar. BS in Electrical Engineering or significant electronics experience required. Minimum of 10 years of legal experience required.
