Modis is currently seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager for a contract opportunity in the downtown Atlanta, GA area.

The initial contract length is expected to last 6 months with the high likelihood of long-term contract extension and/or full time conversion.

The Integration Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating the technical development and deployment of a very large and strategic development program.

Day to day responsibilities will include:
- The strategic planning and managing of project team activities; tracking and controlling project activities - Providing full lifecycle Integration Management and implementation support throughout the entire development project
- Directing the efforts of the program team to deliver the completed product on time and on budget.
- Assisting the program manager and integration architect with all technical aspects of the project coordination and management, including interface architecture, data mapping, testing strategy and testing management

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience as a Project / Program Manager within a very large Telecommunications environment.
- PMP Certification is preferred, but not required. 
- Candidates with knowledge and understanding of Telecommunications Operational Support System (OSS) development & management are highly preferred.
- At a minimum, the Project Manager must have excellent hands-on experience with software and systems development at a very large scale
-  The ideal candidate will be an experienced integration professional with a detailed knowledge of SDLC, including the deployment stages. 
- Strong integration testing management, program/project management, environment mapping and preparation, testing data alignment, and defect resolution management are required
