Award-winning Insure.com (founded 1984) now has openings for an in-house customer service and sales account executives at our beautiful Darien, Illinois headquarters facility. We have more incoming life insurance leads than we can handle!! Come help us make insurance history in a positive way.
Pays $800 per week to start! You can earn up to $90,000 in base pay and incentive compensation. You'll also receive paid health insurance, paid vacation, paid personal days off, performance bonuses and more... (see Company Handbook for details). First, second and weekend shifts are available.
There is no cold calling, no travel and no personal visits with this job as our customers are calling us to buy. Our $6 million per year national ad campaigns produce inbound calls right to your desk. The job is fast-paced and our typical workweek is 40 hours.
No life insurance sales experience? We'll train you! Candidates must have no history of criminal conviction or bankruptcy and have no more than 2 employers since 2002. We offer you a pleasant, low turnover, highly productive work environment.
Insure.com In-House Agent Compensation Package:
· You'll receive and handle leads daily (These are inbound calls, real-time inquiries from our web site and Business Reply Cards from people wanting life insurance quotes and information from us)
This sales position pays you $798 per week base pay based upon a 50 hr. workweek. Overtime + performance bonuses are always paid as well.· Plus... excellent company-paid health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days and 401(k) programs after 90 days’ start (See Company Handbook).
· Pays $798 per week salary based upon 50 hr. workweek + performance bonus. Example:
· Sell 40 paid policies per month = $30,000 (2 per day), you make up to $66,220 annually
· Sell 50 paid policies per month = $40,000 (2.5 per day, you make up to $90,970 annually
· Sell 60 paid policies per month = $48,000 (3 per day) and you’ll make up to $115,720 annually
We also pay $1,000 cash bonus for each and every CLU class you pass should you decide to pursue that professional degree while you are working here.
