American Income Life Insurance Company is seeking a professional who can develop and implement a training program for students desiring to pass the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance exam.

The successful candidate will possess:

            Bachelor’s degree required, must hold appropriate insurance agent license.

Must have working experience with the operations of a life and health insurance company

Experience in training life and Health insurance agents

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

            Ability to travel through Pennsylvania to our various offices
