Sales Agents

Duties:

Strong Sales ability and deal with multiple clients. Policy processing/underwriting. Keeping updated records of underwriting guidelines for all companies represented by Planet Insurance. Identify policy risk acceptability. Must have Excellent customer service skills. Great communication skills and be personable. Ability to take incoming and outgoing leads and create your own leads as well.

Qualifications:

Must have P&C Property&Casualty license or Personal lines One year experience in insurance industry willing to attend school if no license excellent verbal and communication skills positive attitude, honesty and integrity Solid work ethic Own transportation Office computer skills Billingual Spanish/English A+++

Job Purpose:

Accomplish sales and service objectives by implementing sales and service plans; Supervising sales and service staff.

Sales Manager

Duties:

Train and teach others to learn to sell and teach underwriting Communicating job expectations, Planning and monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions Planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing polices and procedures meeting sales goals and quotas, meeting customer needs Motivating agents with sales incentives, building strong business relationships
