Job Description:

 - Assisting the production of new auto and homeowners insurance 
 - Assistance in the processing and maintenance of new business accounts
 - Assistance in the maintenance of current client accounts
 - General customer service
 - Maintaining good relationships with current clients and third party vendors

Job Requirements:
 - Must have at least one (1) year agency experience
 - Proficient in basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
 - Proficient in basic internet navigation
 - High level of independence 
 - High level of organization
 - High level of proficiency in client customer service via telephone
 - Ambition to grow, desire to learn, career oriented
 - High level of professionalism 
 - Money motivated
 - Ability to enhance the organizations reputation, bring value to the position,
   and strengthen current company moral

 - Policy Quoting
 - Telephone Skills
 - Scheduling
 - Typing
 - Documentation Skills
 - Verbal and written Communication skills
 - Fax and mail documents
 - Update client files
 - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
