We are seeking a career oriented, hard working, self-motivated and highly organized individual to perform premium audits by phone on commercial insurance policies. Policy types include, but are not limited to, Workers’ Compensation and General Liability.

Infinity Insurance Solutions, a Premium Audit vendor, was established in October 1988, with a simple philosophy: Provide quality service on a timely basis at a fair price. We refuse to be just another high-priced, low-quality, slow and unresponsive service company.

We call our staff 'Field Specialists' because they are professionals who have repeatedly proven their expertise in the industry. Unlike some companies, we hire employees and never use independent contractors. We believe in employing only the most dedicated and conscientious individuals who take pride in their work.

   Qualified phone auditor applicants will be responsible for …

a.   Scheduling appointments based on an inventory provided to them by our organization

b.   Calling policyholders on the scheduled appointment date

c.   Involving the policyholder's agent (when necessary) to facilitate the audit process

d.   Documenting your efforts in the system for our customers

e.   Questioning the policyholder about the nature of their business and writing a detailed description of it for the insurance carrier

f.    Gathering necessary accounting data

g.  Submission of the completed audit report on company provided computer and software in a timely manner

This is not a sales position.  Our company does phone audits nationwide for the insurance industry. Our customers comprise over 100 property and casualty insurance companies who hire Infinity to conduct phone audits on their policyholders.
