A strong regional carrier, the dominant provider of specialized insurance products and services to a targeted niche industry, enjoying market dominance within their product offering in a multi-state environment is seeking a polished, professional and focused Marketing and Communications Director.

This key individual will participate at a strategic level with upper management and represent the brand to their constituents via print, email and press communication. Additionally, this high impact contributor will meet face-to-face with clients, boards and work internally and externally to continue their high profile, high touch contact within their market segment. The Director will manage the marketing operation with efficiency, in accordance with the company's high standards and within budgetary guidelines.

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this high energy professional will be responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the company's image and position within the marketplace. With one graphic artist direct report, this strong leader will formulate all company marketing, communications and public relations activity including materials, publications, media relations and client contact.
