Develop high quality instrumentation job testing and commissioning plans for effective installation and repair

Develop Bill of Materials to improve facility planning strategies

Ensure Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance programs are in place and healthy as well as audit Preventative Maintenance results

Develop reliability and maintenance procedures, reusable job plans, and checklists

Assist with instrumentation training activities, and field supervision on significant, critical scopes and planning activities Contribute to plant turnarounds as a field engineer as needed

    Preferred Work Experience and Skills

Demonstrated computer skills

Familiarity with failure mechanisms of various plant instrumentation and controls

Familiarity with industrial plant standards and codes such as API, ANSI, ISA, AFPA, NEMA

             

 

                                         



7+ years of relevant industrial experience

Current or prior experience with installation and repair of instrumentation and electrical equipment

Ability to provide guidance and direction to field technicians

Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-based reliability environment

Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers

Knowledge of the functionality of a CMMS system

Strong trouble shooting skills

High School Diploma or equivalent
