We are currently expanding our Training team! Six new positions are open and we are looking for all levels of corporate trainers specializing in classroom setting environment. We are seeking candidates with background in education, instructional design and/or corporation training. Key audience will be professional level employees and will be instructing in software application content.

Job Title: Instructor III
SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate and instruct classes of up to 20 students and provides individual training. Major duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.
· Classroom Instruction – Train and support federal client staff and agents current on software techniques and changes to streamline the business more effectively
· Field Training Support – Familiarize recently trained federal client staff on courseware and knowledge learned in the classroom to help them utilize their technical training learned in the field
· Client Interaction – Provide one on one training to externals based on client needs
· Courseware Development – Develop revision/updates of the training manuals with newly acquired knowledge, techniques, and strategies
· Coordinate classroom setup and break down – Perform the set up of “Mock-Training” on courseware proficiency prior to disseminating product to the client
· Provide new-hire education and training to federal client staff locally and internationally
· Perform Quality Control
· Develop revisions/updates to the manuals through the discovery of bugs by other Instructors
· Setup and break down of mobile environment
· Adhere to all GWA policies and procedures.
· Performs other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Instructor II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1 yr exp.
· Instructor III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 yrs exp.
· Sr Instructor: Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 yrs exp.

· Positions requires 75% travel, both nationally and internationally.
· Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance.
