We approach the integration of technology into the classroom by adhering to the pedagogical demands of the curriculum, while remaining sensitive to both the teaching and learning styles of the participants. Our understanding of the overall dynamics of the environment ensures a smooth adoption and adaptation of the technology.

This position in Higher Education is made unique pursuant to the skill-sets, experience and emotional intellect necessary for one to be successful in this challenging career. Second, a candidate must have an intimate understanding of how technology is best integrated into all styles of classrooms.  The Higher Education classroom incorporates various technologies in order to present information in a clear and concise manner.  Knowledge of distance learning and the various technologies associated with distance learning supports what this Instructional Technologist is able to bring to a customer.  The third required attribute is that one is able to effectively communicate well with educators at all levels, technology specialists and purchasing agents in the university setting.

We are a fast paced organization. We offer a base salary of $40K per year, plus monthly and annual production incentives and bonuses. Our tenured reps produce in excess of a million dollars in annual sales, some of the highest paid in the industry. First year average income is predicted to be between $45-$60K.
