Job description:
As an Associate Client Support Analyst you would be providing quality technical, software and hardware support on issues of basic and moderate difficulty, with a high degree of customer service, timeliness, and technical expertise. Including: Research, resolve, and respond to questions received internally or externally in a timely manner. Attending provided training, and successfully complete assessments for product training. Acquiring and maintaining current knowledge of products and support policies; providing accurate solutions to customers across client’s product lines. Using and maintaining a call-tracking database, documenting calls thoroughly and completely. Preparing internal and external documentation as necessary. Assisting in special projects and initiatives as needed.
**Will need to take a night shift at least 5 times a month: 12-8:30 Pm shift. Normal hours are 8:00AM to 8:30 PM
** Will need to carry a pager and will be on call for 1 week once every 5 weeks, and will be compensated for this.
Requirements:
Technical degree or equivalent in work experience (4 years)1-2 years prior technical support or help desk experienceKnowledge of Windows 98, NT, 2000, and XP operating systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSome exposure to SQL databases preferred, but not requiredAdditional Skill Requirements:
