In addition to our core product solutions, Monster Government Solutions offers a full line of product solutions for the government space, including USAJOBS.com and Military.com, the country’s leading government/military career/networking opportunity sites.  We also offer ATS software geared specifically to federal hiring and classification.

 

We’re looking for inside salespeople with a passion for sales and an understanding of the public sector.  As a Monster Government Solutions Telesales Representative you will be the “voice of Monster”, actively calling on and up-selling creative solutions to our government sector clients.

 

We have found that an effective Sales Representative at Monster can come from a variety of different backgrounds.  What we need is a talent, so here is a little guidance…

 

Requirements:

·         2+ years of sales experience

·         High School diploma

 

Preferences…don’t be afraid to point these out when you apply:

·         Experience within the Civilian Sector, Public Sector Education, DoD (Department of Defense), ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or Commercial Professional Services

·         Knowledge of Government Contracting

·         Business to Business sales

·         Solution based/Consulting based selling

·         Experience in a high-volume telesales/call center environment

·         Strong customer service focus

·         Formal training in the sales discipline…tell us about it

·         Sales experience in the employment/human resources/recruiting space

·         Building long-term customer relationships

·         Sales experience in the local market

·         Demonstrated sales achievements…tell us the numbers

·         Bachelors degree from an accredited university
