Position Description:
The Inside Sales Representative is a revenue generation support position designed to work closely with US sales execution team in attainment of AOP targets. Working closely with the Account Executives, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for following up on sales leads and up-selling current customers with new products and services. Using their excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, the Inside Sales Representative will also work with our internal business partners, finance, contract management, credit, service, to decrease turn around time, increase sales effectiveness and increase revenue.
Experience Required:5-7 years Sales/Customer Service Experience
1-2 years Telephone Sales Experience
Skills Required:Outstanding telephone skills
Experience working across multiple functional organizations inside & outside the company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of office software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Customer service skills
Ability to work independently and leverage resources across the organization

Flexibility to manage changing priorities and the ability to multitask
Responsibilities include:Manage leads coming in from marketing campaigns and establish dialog with potential customers
Assist with opportunity management in the region
Outbound telesales to target specific customers to up-sell new products and services
Generate quotes for customers in support of Account Executives
Assist with Quoting using the Big Machines tool
Assist with special pricing requests and documentation required for contract management
Specific Duties:Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries - contacting customers, answering initial questions and either quoting the customer directly or funneling them to the AE to help convert the sale
Target customers to up-sell new products and services
Help the AVP and AE manage opportunities in Salesforce.com
Create and revise customer equipment and software quotes
Understand and implement current promotions
Process requests for customer evaluations and demos
Compose requests for special pricing and follow through with finance/business management on pricing approvals
Work with contract management on business case worksheet for independent
contracts and conversion forms for investment units
Back up AE’s when they are out of the office
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Background in selling to healthcare facilities desired
Experience working with Salesforce.com desired
Knowledge of digital capture and healthcare IT products desired
Required Education:Associates Degree or Equalivent Experience
