Crescent Electric Supply is seeking a take-charge individual who is excited about the opportunity to help support our business in Las Vegas, NV. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:

Working closely with other employees to sell products and servicesCommunicating Crescent’s Value Added Services where they will meet customer needsHandling customer requests promptly when received via telephone, fax, or emailUnderstanding product applications to aid customer needsExchanging customer needs information with other branch personnelKeeping record of all sales – including lost salesDocumenting customer comments and feedback

 

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, general electrical product knowledge, and 3+ years of experience in the electrical distribution industry. Technical (computer and phone), communication (written and verbal), problem solving, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills are essential to this position. Candidates should also be able to obtain product knowledge, maintain product inventory, and know major competitor lines.
