Tippmann Sports is looking for a dynamic person to initiate and manage sales activities, primarily by phone, to maximize sales of Tippmann Sports’ products to traditional paintball dealers and independent sporting goods dealers within an assigned territory, in accordance with agreed upon business plans.

Key responsibilities include:

Making outbound phone calls to customers to sell products and programs.Making outbound phone calls to prospective customers to sell products and gain new points of distribution.Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and new customers; providing service and information in a professional manner in order to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.Participate in customer service, as needed, providing service to inbound calling customers; processing orders, providing information, and solving problems.Participate in the development of specific market strategies for the assigned territory, including but not limited to, travel, events, dealer certification, promotions and sponsorships.

Candidate must have strong communication skills, by phone, in-person, and written.  Experience selling consumer products is preferred.  Inside Sales / Telemarketing experience preferred.  Knowledge and interest in sporting goods category and/or sport of paintball helpful.  Minimum High School diploma or GED required.  College degree preferred.  Intermediate computer skills with Outlook, Excel, CRM and Word preferred.  Some travel required.
