Reveal is seeking proven, successful and highly motivated sales professionals for INSIDE SALES positions at our White Flint, Tysons Corner, Fairfax, Kentlands (Gaithersburg), Springfield, DC and Pentagon Row (Arlington) locations. We offer a rewarding team environment in a beautiful spa like setting. No cold calling required -- all leads generated through extensive advertising campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with an interest or background in the beauty and health industries, especially high end and physician grade cosmetic account executives, counter sales professionals/managers, health club/fitness membership sales staff, pharmaceutical and medical product sales representatives, or others with upscale retail or services sales experience such as high end salon, spa, cosmetic medical, weight loss, hospitality (hotel or resort), membership dating insurance or real estate.
OVERVIEW: As a Membership Advisor at Reveal, your primary responsibility is converting prospects for cosmetic medical treatments into satisfied clients. This involves managing and performing client consultations both in person and by phone, in accordance with Reveal’s highly effective sales approach. Successful candidates will demonstrate skill in closing, cross-selling and up-selling, and will be able to quickly build rapport with potential clients. Position requires soft versus hard sell approach, and relationship building skills, as well as strong organizational skills for detailed follow-up. All consultants are expected to demonstrate a true ownership attitude by creating an exceptional, service oriented environment. Training program provided.
COMPENSATION: $55k-$65k First Year Compensation at Plan (Base plus Bonus) with substantial upside, plus health benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inside sales/client consultations
- Address client concerns
- Production of/participation in local marketing seminars
- Interacting with local non-competitive spas and health clubs and businesses
- Manage customer referral program and professional referral program
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding effectiveness of advertising and promotional efforts
REPORTS TO: Reveal Center Membership Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- One-two years successful sales experience in a company with strong sales training and culture preferred
- Telephone sales skills a plus
- Willing to work 50 hours per week
- Willing to work weekday evenings and Saturday or Sunday daytime hours
