As the successful candidate, you will drive customer awareness and interest, getting customers to evaluate the potential of outsourcing telesales functions. Your work will combine your passions for creativity and technology with your passion for sales. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and develop support for business development organization based on ability to drive the business opportunity for new customers. Identifying target customers and engaging in preliminary discussions on the value of outsourcing. Heavy outbound phone calling activities. Qualifying accounts, prioritizing & presenting opportunities to business development team. Assist in the business plan development for telesales service offering. Strong telesales background including familiarity with selling services. Solution Selling experience and or formally trained in Solution Selling Methodology. Excellent demonstrated customer interaction skills. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Effective problem solving skills. Creative and adaptive thinking. Drive to learn and apply new concepts. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Proven time management skills. Strong negotiation skills. BA/BS in Business/technical discipline or equivalent work experience. Two years sales, customer support, or customer service experience - technical sales preferred.
