We’re looking for Inside Sales Managers who want to lead the way in the fastest-growing markets in the US. Your team will look to you for leadership and guidance, not management. We want someone who has the drive to make the numbers, but also wants to invest in the careers of their team. As a Government Solutions Sales Manager, you will be taking your public sector background and passion for recruiting to help your team lead the way to provide the best recruitment services to our government clients.
Requirements:
· 7+ years of business related experience
· 5+ years of Sales Management experience
· Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Preferences…don’t be afraid to point these out when you apply:
· Experience within the Civilian Sector, Public Sector Education, DoD (Department of Defense), ATS or Commercial Professional Services
· Knowledge of Government Contracting
· Business to Business sales
· Sales Management for an inside / telesales team
· Solution based/Consulting based selling background
· Formal training in the sales discipline…tell us about it
· Trained others in the sales discipline
· Sales experience in the employment/human resources/recruiting space
· Building long-term customer relationships
· Sales experience in the local market
· Demonstrated sales achievements…tell us the numbers
