Description

Dialysis Corporation of America (DCA) is an experienced provider of chronic

outpatient and acute dialysis services, and has demonstrated an unwavering

commitment to quality patient care.  Our goal is to maintain a leadership

position as a quality provider in the dialysis industry.

 

To add to our team of talented people, we are currently seeking an individual

to coordinate and support the Corporate Business Development function.  This

position will be based in our Linthicum, Maryland office and report to the

Director of Corporate Business Development.

General responsibilities include:

·         Prepare and coordinate market research and analysis

·         Prospect, generate leads, and set appointments through outbound

phone calls, letter writing, and networking activities

·         Maintain, update and manage customer data base

·         Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly call quota

·         Responsible for providing reports on sales activity, sales forecasts

and other quantifiable sales measurements

·         Manage special events including tradeshows, corporate and local

events

·         Help maintain corporate web site in conjunction with IT

·         Responsible for coordinating promotional opportunities including

print media

·         Assist with physician relations

·         Perform other job related duties as required

Requirements

·        2-3 years physician sales or medical practice customer service

experience is preferred

·        Bachelors Degree preferred

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Proven effectiveness in positive customer relation skills

·        Strong problem solving/analytic skills

·        Strong work ethic and initiative

·        Independent working and decisions making skills

·        Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and related PC applications

·        Easily adaptable to a fast-paced environment

·        Working knowledge of the Internet

·        Understanding of healthcare and dialysis marketplace preferred
