Position Summary:

 

The Inside Reseller Account Manager (IRAM) will be focused on printer related products and promotions to our business partner channel.  The Inside Sales Team is responsible for assisting and calling into a set of business partners in an assigned territory.  The mission of the Inside Sales Team is to enhance product and program awareness within Xerox’s partners and to grow revenue and market share in the channel marketplace.  The Inside Sales Team works in conjunction with the Field Sales Teams to achieve a common sales goal.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Provide consultative sales support & remote training to business partners.Establish and maintain an effective partnership with partners and Field, gain agreement to expectations and monitor for compliance.Work with the Resellers, Agents, Dealers & Channel teams to achieve a common sales goal.Assist partners in closing sales, opportunity identification and pipeline management.Assist in driving the performance of business partners to meet or exceed metrics, goals or objectives.Generate consistent sales growth in all areas of the business through education, service and initiatives.Telephonically support Resellers, Agents, Dealers & Field staff by managing skills, competency and performance of all available products and programs.Resolve Customer Satisfaction issues as required.Educate Resellers, Agents & Dealer sales professionals on products, programs, promotions, competitive advantages and how to sell products to customers through product knowledge sessions.                Source and recruit new Resellers, Agents & Dealers as required.Results oriented with a Customer driven approach.

Requirements:

 

5 years of experience in a telesales environment.Working knowledge of printer, copier and multi-function devices.Working knowledge of managed services and solutions.Working knowledge of the channel and how Resellers, Agents & Dealers interact with the channelAbility to analyze field & customer needs, present solutions, and add value through delivery of product and servicesAbility to succeed in a fast-paced, demanding environment which requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimum supervisionDetail and process orientedMust possess excellent oral presentation, interpersonal and organizational skillsMS Office experience required. Proficiency in using multiple computer-based systems preferred.Positive attitude with a skill for finding solutions to everyday issuesProblem solving with a bias towards actionComfort with ambiguityBachelor’s degree required
