JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Room for advancement

• Experienced and qualified Managers are on site.

• TOP PAY PLAN in the industry.

• Hourly rate during training then blend into commission.

• Hundreds of current Reps earning $65-85k per year... Many over $100K and the best reps are making upwards of $200k per year.

• Don't Worry - Base Pay is available for new reps learning the industry or transferring into the area and needing to build a book of business.  Base pay can be up to $15 per hour depending upon sales experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be a Sales Person at heart

Automotive experience is a plus (parts sales, parts managers, estimators, adjusters, service writers, service managers) BUT NOT NECESSARY!

Motivated and fast paced personality

Multi tasking, good decision maker, goal oriented

Basic computers skills required (Windows, Explorer, and Outlook)

Good key boarding and organizational skills a plus.

Professional phone skills and good listener

Interest in automobiles

Clean drug screening required

Preference given to those individuals with recycled and after-market parts experience.
