Expert in Project Management.
Ability to lead complex projects as well as program and portfolio level
efforts.
High degree of technical and engineering knowledge.

10 years experience as a project manager, including at least 5 years managing IT infrastructure projects.

Managed at least 10 separate, unrelated technology projects during career, including 1-2 highly complex efforts involving developing new technology or innovative approaches.

Typically: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or other technical field. Experience in system administration and network engineering is a plus.



Environment: (all of this is not required – just good to know)

- Around 5,000 total users – datacenter in Denver and over 20 offices internationally

- 500+ servers, Windows, Sun Solaris, Redhat Linux, some AIX, Citrix, VMware – disaster recover site in Colorado

- Primarily IBM Hardware

- EMC SAN

- Cisco routers and switches, Pix, Juniper firewalls

- NOC in Denver

- Going through a recent physical and network security audit from Boeing. Big initiative.

- Looking to go to Exchange from Lotus Notes

- Moving some sites to Cisco VOIP, call manager, unity from traditional pbx systems
