Due to a transfer to the corporate office in Europe this Alabama location for an international automotive component supplier has an immediate opening for a Information Technology Administrator. This is a state-of-the-art facility supplying electronic sensors and controls to automotive suppliers and OEMs.

 

The Information Technology Administrator will manage the information technology functions supporting the Financial and MRP systems and the link between the Alabama location and the French corporate headquarters.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Ensure consistency of transactions within the MRP system:

- Production control, planning and scheduling

- Inventory control

- Purchasing and Bill of Materials

- Raw materials

- Shipping and receiving

- Forecasting

·        Supports the Accounting/Finance department regarding MRP system transactions:

- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

- Chart of accounts

- Day to day check of system transactions

 

Liaison between French home office and the Alabama facility regarding the MRP system

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/information technologyExperience with the Movex MRP system a plusDemonstrated proficiency and knowledge of computer systemsSimilar experience working in an international organizationMust speak fluent French and English

 

COMPENSATION: To $55k plus excellent Benefit Package
