Description: WORK LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE ONE OF THE LOCKHEED MARTIN AERONAUTICS SITES IN FORT WORTH, TX; PALMDALE, CA; OR MARIETTA, GA. PREFERRED LOCATION IS MARIETTA, GA. This position is for an Information Security professional working for Lockheed Martin Enterprise Services supporting the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Information Security organization. Responsibilities include: * Conducting thorough digital forensic investigations into diverse, often complex allegations of misconduct and wrongdoing, in particular violations of company policy, government regulations, and US laws * Utilizing a variety of digital forensic tools to acquire, analyze, and preserve digital evidence * Preparing comprehensive reports of investigation findings which could be used to support any resulting litigation or disciplinary action * Testifying in subsequent Company and/or legal hearings regarding investigations * Participating on a Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) and conducting associated computer intrusion related investigation activities * Maintaining thorough and updated knowledge on internal policies, industry standards, regulations and laws * Collecting investigation metrics and trending data * Assisting with the development and maintenance of Information Security policies and procedures related to computer investigations This is a senior level position which will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior level team members. It is a highly analytical position requiring substantial independent research and discretion in conducting digital forensic analysis. The selected candidate will work directly with LM Aeronautics employees, customers, partners, and vendors. Qualifications: * Digital forensics (acquisition, analysis, and preservation of digital evidence)work experience * Excellent knowledge of forensic tools (Encase, FTK) illustrated by previous related work experience * Demonstrated computer hardware expertise * Proven strong analytical skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior level team members * Outstanding customer service orientation and teaming abilities * Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience A Total Value package.
