Responsible for the administration of user account access by creating, modifying and deleting computer accounts in several different computing environments such as; MAC, PC and mid-size for approximately 6,000 customers world wide by following pre-defined processes and procedures. Provides customers with a single point of contact for access to the computing environments utilized though out the company.

Account administration of user accounts on AS400, NOVELL/LAN, LOTUS NOTES, BLACKBERRY, MAINFRAME, NT, SYBASE, JFAX, and VPN remote access. This includes creating, updating, and deleting user accounts, access to all systems, passwords and logon Ids on several different computing environments as mentioned above.

Review documented policies to ensure compliance with Corporate security guidelines and etc., and report discrepancies and findings to management.

Perform data entry of information regarding user account access issues into call management/ problem tracking system; Follow up via telephone with customers to ensure that resolution is satisfactory. Monitor progress on open tickets in the system, and escalate any unresolved issues to senior team member/management.

Support Information Technology Client Services Analysts with routine inquiries and requests for new and existing user accounts, i.e., account status (active, inactive, transfer or terminated).

CCSA License is a plus –
