Description: Information Assurance (IA) Portfolio Manager (PfM) and Architect: Must be able to establish information technology (IT) Portfolio Management (PfM) plans and processes for the information assurance (IA) domain in accordance with Army policy guidance, validate the IA Domain level IT investment baseline and support architecture development, to include experience working with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents and processes. Will identify and analyze IA capabilities gaps between the Army LandWarNet and DoD Global Information Grid (GIG) JCIDS/architecture products to develop a transition plan bridging those gaps. Must utilize the Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS) - IT portfolio management decision support tool to conduct Domain IT PfM activities, determine where capability redundancies/gaps exist and where integration of products and services will better deliver capabilities to meet Army needs, and to conduct regularly scheduled PfM reviews to include the full life cycle costs of IT expenditures. Must he capable of implementing a capabilities based investment strategy using timelines and milestones to track IT Transformation. Qualifications: Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) experience
