Retail Industry Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Define Retail industry solutions requirements, including service and support plan via completion of SRD.Create industry solution positioning and value propositions, through prioritization of buyers care abouts.Integrate and leverage SONA and horizontal technology solutions.Develop solution business cases and CDO business case, for new products or functional requirements.Act as evangelist and SME at internal, external industry & partner events.Author the development of industry-specific content, tools and collateral for sales, channel, customers, analysts, and press.Work with field sales to identify customer trials, lighthouse accounts.Lead and develop sales and partner enablement collateral, train the trainer.
The following skills are required for this position: Proven ability to lead, collaborate and work cross-functionally.Executive communication and presentation.7 years proven technology marketing.Balance of technical, industry, and marketing skills.Proven written communications skills.Understand Retail industry applications and relation to the network.Some industry experience in Retail.Typically requires BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 7+ years related experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
