Job Description:
Minimum Requirements:
BS Engineering
Five years direct experience developing repeatable solutions selling into the Dairy or other food and beverage industry segments.
Thorough understanding of the Dairy and other industrial applications, terminology, trends and issues including the End User community and the key OEM's serving the industry.
Proven ability to manage complex opportunities between multiple companies in multiple countries.
Proven technical account management on large customer base.
Ability to effectively and accurately document and communicate accomplishments and opportunities in Siebel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops an overall dairy industry plan including the major accounts, second tier accounts, OEM's and distributors.
Provide industry expertise and develops other selected F and B accounts as directed and agreed with CoC management.
Help form effective Siemens account teams and working with SD, manage multiple account relationships and opportunites through and in conjunction with these Siemens account teams to achieve agreed upon goals.
Develops technical account plans in conjunction with the account teams (SD/BU's) for the major target account and leads team reviews/updates of account plans based on changing market/customer condidtions/competitive activity.
Establishes and maintains relationships with key management with Industry, OEM and customer organizations.
Manage client expectations with theSiemens deliverables while optimizing profit.
Understand the complete Siemens A and D portfolio for solutions and technology, including Simatic IT MES, which meet clients' operational and financial requirements.
Discovers and understands customer's primary business goals, operations, challenges, requirements, organization and develops sponsorship with key decision makers.
Identifies, seeks out and obtains technical and other resources within Siemens BU's to engage with the account team in opportunity pursuits as is necessary.
Proven ability to negotiate and close large orders.

Additional Skills:
Aligns and applies entire scope of Siemens products, solutions, services to meet Industry Segment and customer's business goals.
Expedites and escalates key customer complaints and problems as is required to obtain satisfactory and timely resolution.
Incorporates results of market and other research and inputs from technology sources to assure Siemens designs and products can be specified or migrated by Industry equipment providers, automation integrators and target customers.
Leadership role improving sales volume and market share through direct acatins with assigned accounts, business units. sales management and other technical resources.
Provides time Siebel updates to management on progress toward execution of Industry preference creation and account penetration plans.
Assures customers are provided and satisfied with appropriate technical appplication assistance.
Leverage Siemens global reach influencing decision on projects for delivery and purchase in the US.
