Description Work in the QinetiQ North America Operations (QNAO) Mission Solutions Group (MSG) Security Department supporting the National Industrial Security Program as its Industrial Security Manager (ISM). This position will manage all aspects of the security program in support of MSG’s classified contracts IAW the NISPOM and various other security regulations and policies. Manage the personnel security clearances process and all facets thereof to ensure MSG personnel maintain relevent security clearances, to include: inititate invesitagtions in JPAS and process eQIP packages, periodic-reinvestigations, conduct security clearance verifications, attend various staff meetings. The position will also manage day-to-day security operations assisting on-site company employees with various security tasks to include nomination letters for special security access, courier cards, and conduct weekly indoctranations, debriefings, and perform security education and awarness briefings for new employees. Moreover, serve as the primary corporate physical security adminstrator for MSG corporate headquarters. In addition, assist the Security Director as needed on special projects. In addition, this position will: • Supervise a staff of Facility Security Officer’s • Formulate and implement security policies and procedures • Serve as the senior JPAS account manager for MSG cleared facilities • Manage AIS accredited under Defense Security Services Required Skills • 4-year degree or 8 years of qualified security experience. • 5-years of FSO management experience and 10-years total providing industrial security services. • A thorough working knowledge of JPAS, eQIP, ACAVS, and other Intelligence Agency databases • A thorough working knowledge of DCID 6/4, 6/9, NISPOM to include Ch. 8 and other Intelligence Agency policies and requirements • Candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent presentation, writing and communication skills Please apply online at our career center: http://hostedjobs.openhire.com/epostings/jobs/submit.cfm?fuseaction=dspjob&jobid=268696&company_id=15649&jobboardid=24
