Purpose of Position

 

Assists Continuous Improvement Manager and Operations Teams in leading the organization through a cultural change to an environment of continuous improvementDevelop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilizationCoaches and trains the organization on the use of Lean tools and their financial impact to the bottom lineConfer with vendors, staff and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities and project status

 

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
