Casey Industrial, a nationwide industrial general contractor with regional offices in Oregon, North Carolina, Mississippi and Colorado is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Construction Project Manager with a desire to join our growing team. The Project Manager position provides overall cost control and project leadership on our award winning construction projects. Casey Industrial has a 60-year tradition of offering a complete range of high-quality, professional industrial construction services encompassing General Construction, Process Installations, Construction Management and Design-Build/EPC projects.

Casey Industrial has a unique opportunity for an Industrial Construction Project Manager with a proven and verifiable track record. This Project Manger will have primary responsibility for project oversight on various industrial construction projects located throughout the US.  Project Management experience on heavy industrial construction projects with dollar values of between 20 -100 million is required.

 This is a key project leadership position. RESUMES FROM APPLICANTS MUST SHOW A MINIMUM of 10 YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.

 Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee industrial construction projects across the country.  This individual will interact with on-site supervision and client representatives to ensure success of projects. Ability to travel throughout the US is required. Prefer candidate with positive client contacts and relationships. This position will have primary responsibility for overall success of the project work.

Job Requirements:

-           Must have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager.

-           Must have strong background in heavy industrial construction, power generation; primary focus on air quality control, piping systems and turbine installation.

-           Ability to manage scheduling, purchasing, cost estimating, cost controls during the construction process for multiple disciplines, large and small, power generation and other industry projects.

-           Strong mechanical, piping and structural background. 

-           Must be able to meet project deadlines, budgets, and performance requirements.

-           Must be dynamic and team oriented and have strong interpersonal, leadership and project management skills.

-           Must have ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze data.

-           Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science/Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

-           Travel to projects located throughout the US will be required.
