Individual Marketing Specialist I or II

Bring your selling abilities and knowledge to the following role:

Promote the sale and retention of all Regence individual and senior products to potential customers and brokers, when applicable, through telemarketing (inbound/outbound) activities
Provide quality customer service that includes evaluation of needs, customer education and timely response to customer requests

Combine your degree and experience in sales with the following skill sets:
Associate's degree in a field related to Marketing or Business or equivalent education and experience
Currently licensed, or must become licensed within three months, to sell disability and life insurance
Licensed for each state you receive incentive compensation
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales a customer service position
Experience in a Medicare related field is desirable
Ability to work creatively and cooperatively in a customer-focused team environment
Excellent human relations skills
Capability to communicate effectively, with tact, both verbally and written, with all types of customers including the elderly and hard-of-hearing
Ability to adjust communication style based on situation/individual as appropriate
Ability to set and meet goals, manage time, work under pressure, adapt to shifting work loads and schedules and meet deadlines
Mature and professional presence in meeting with all levels of customers as well as with internal departments
Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn Regence individual and Medicare products, benefit structure and design, business practices, competitor products (including strengths and weaknesses), current industry legislation, sales methods and skills
Ability to gather and analyze marketing related data
Computer proficiency
