Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for an Incentive Compensation Accountant at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The primary responsibilities include accounting for the Company's various incentive compensation programs. This includes being the company's global expert in incentive compensation accounting and related US GAAP, answering accounting questions as they arise, and interfacing with Human Resources, Tax, and Treasury. It also includes preparing related incentive compensation internal and external reporting requirements, tax schedule preparation, and account analysis.

Qualifications:

The candidate should have a B.S. degree in Accounting and 2-5 years accounting experience. CPA desirable. SAP and Hyperion experience also desirable. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required with a focus on process improvement.
