When people call us, they want clear, concise, professional—and accurate—answers. That’s your special talent, helping both established customers and new accounts find just the right auto and home insurance they need and closing the sale. Must be able to achieve designated closing ratio levels and obtain referrals while providing the exceptional customer service we’re known for and achieving your own sales goals. This is a base salary plus monthly incentive position with total earning potential of $40,000 to $55,000 annually. Minimum starting hourly salary $16.94 + commensurate with experience.

Qualified candidates must: Have exceptional sales, counseling, presentation, closing and account follow-up skills Possess or be able to obtain insurance licenses for several states

***Training first 6 weeks - Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Hours after training occur between 10 am - 7:30 pm, Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays 10am - 2 pm.*** Call Center Rep,Sales,Sales Representative
