Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve both customer satisfaction and retention
Responsible for the financial performance of the branch office
Responsible for meeting sales, deposit and loss prevention objectives and motivating others to assist in meeting branch goals
Participate in community activities in order to foster and develop customer relationships
Posses the ability to formulate, implement and evaluate plans and programs applicable to retail operations
Hire, develop and train an effective sales team
Coach employees in all aspects of sales, service and operations
Be proficient in all policies, procedures and bank regulations pertaining to branch operations
Analyze customer needs and assist in the selection and opening of new accounts, IRA’s, certificates of deposit, debit cards and other bank products
Make lending decisions for customers whose accounts are overdrawn
Complete appropriate reporting and balancing procedures timely and accurately
