This position is responsible for all aspects of Banking Center sales and service. Maintains the highest level of customer service while achieving quarterly and annual retail sales goals. Responsible for direct management of all sales and service personnel. Ensures all aspects of bank operations are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with a minimum of 3 years banking or management experience.
- Strong sales, business development, and office management skills.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and audit skills.
