A well-known real estate company is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join its New York Office.   This is an excellent opportunity for Attorneys currently working in the firm setting seeking an opportunity to go in-house and work for a company that promotes quality of life and professional balance. 

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of established practice experience handling sophisticated commercial leasing matters, specifically in retail leasing.  Candidates are required to possess established facility with commercial real estate leasing therefore Attorneys with residential real estate experience only will not be a match.  Strong drafting and negotiating skills are absolutely required and admission to the New York State bar is also required.

The salary offered will be based on experience but the range offered for this role is anywhere from $100-120k, not including bonus, and there is no minimum billable requirement. This opportunity is a great fit for someone interested in applying their skills to sophisticated and challenging transactions.
