Position Overview:

High-growth North Shore legal finance company is looking for an attorney to add to our dynamic team.  Successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of a multimillion dollar portfolio comprised of non-recourse cash advances to plaintiffs in litigation.  Position requires good negotiation, communication, managerial and organizational skills.  We offer competitive salary, full benefits package and informal work environment.  Please submit salary history and work experience to: recruiting@oasislegal.com.

 

Essential Job Functions: 

Manage team of six portfolio servicers Negotiate settlements with plaintiff attorneys Promote our services to attorneys and encourage repeat business Implement enhanced processes and procedures to optimize recovery of funds File lawsuits and ethical complaints if necessary

 

Job Requirements:

J.D.,licensed to practice in Illinois Team player comfortable on the phone with professionals Three to five years litigation experience Personal injury or workers compensation background a plus
