Immediate Need For A Sr. Healthcare Data Analyst For A Permanent Position

A company in Solon, OH is seeking a direct hire Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to join their current IT staff.

Specific duties will include:
• Developing meaningful, concise reports from large databases (>1TB) to help the Clinical Operations team make informed decisions about formulary, clinical, and cost management initiatives.
• Project planning, and making sure that we are focused on the right things, and are getting them done every day.

Required Experience:
• Strong experience using relational databases and transact-SQL for data analysis. Prior work with SPSS, MiniTab, or SAS is a plus. The ideal candidate has worked in large, data intensive research projects.
• Expertise with MS SQL Server, Analysis Services or Reporting Services is preferred, and we're especially interested in candidates with experience handling large databases (>100GB).
• Experience in the healthcare industry will guarantee that your resume gets a second look.
• Four years of experience, with a proven record of accomplishment in data analysis with a medium or large business or research organization.
