We are currently seeking candidates for:

 

HVACR District Technician

Houston, TX

 

The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is as varied as a job can be. The career path is quick paced, consistently challenging and change is the only constant. You could be placed in a district consisting of Wal-Mart stores, Supercenters, Neighborhood Markets and Sam’s Clubs. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment, as well as the energy management control of that equipment.

 

A district technician must:

Possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and make all the necessary repairs to HVAC/Refrigeration and energy management equipment, including comprehension and interpretation of wiring schematicsPossess the technical ability to properly install replacement components, such as compressors, motors, bearings, etc.Possess the needed skills to perform all repairs by having thorough knowledge of all the tools of trace (Recovery, Recycle equipment, Soldering techniques, multi-meter, etc.)Understand EPA regulations concerning CFC’s and possess proper certification for compliance with the law
