We have current opportunities for HVAC-R Technicians & Installers, Electricians, Plumbers, Chiller and Ammonia Technicians, and Sheet Metal Mechanics to work from Williamsburg, Va to Wilimington, NC. Duties include maintenance and repairs to packaged equipment, chillers, refrigeration equipment, make-up air systems, computer room equipment, and other commercial and industrial HVAC-R applications. Technicians are expected to have strong trade skills with the ability to read specifications and drawings as required by contracts.

Requirements:
* Ability to work without direct supervision.
* Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers.
* Work within precise standards of accuracy and make decisions based on
measurable criteria.
* Ability to interpret and comprehend technical data.
* Physically capable of working easily and skillfully with hands; lift and
carry objects up to 100 lbs.
* Knowledge of BOCA codes and OSHA safety regulations.
* 3-5 years field experience.
* Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, but remain calm, when handling
emergencies.
* Possess EPA/CFC Universal certification, HVAC Tradesman license.
