HVAC Project Managers WANTED throughout the Central and South New Jersey!  I directly represent several HVAC and mechanical firms looking to bring on HVAC project managers immediately.  My clients mainly focus on commercial, industrial, educational and pharmaceutical projects in the multi-million dollar range. 

Candidates should have:

* 10+ years of HVAC knowledge and experience working on mainly commercial, industrial and educational projects in or around the million dollar range. 
* Mechanical systems knowledge is key as the project manager will provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients. 
* Knowledge of ASHRAE is a major PLUS!
* Experience in estimating, project management, running a project from start to finish and excellent client to client skills as you will be directly representing the company.
* Should have a BS degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
* Have experience providing recommendations to modify, repair or replace and to document each account
