The HVAC Facilities Engineer is responsible for the design, operation, and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the Data Center. This equipment support mission-critical servers and must maintain better than 99.9999% uptime. Job Complexity: Design layout of expansion areas and power distribution. Ensure proper distribution of power within the facility and to equipment racks. Ensure prompt repair of any failed or degraded equipment. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all equipment. Ensure prompt repair of any failed or degraded equipment. Manage contractors and vendors that perform work in the Data Centers. Institute and maintain maintenance contracts for equipment. Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained. Job Title: HVAC Facilities Engineer Primary Skills: Bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical engineering. 4 years experience in data center operations and design. Experience in leading projects and managing within a budget.
